Charles D. Crowe

Chairman and CEO of Broadframe, Charlie Crowe has 23 years of experience in the computer industry. For the past 16 years he has focused on telecom, with the most recent 8 years spent as co-founder and President of TeleSoft International, Inc., a leading supplier of telecom technology building blocks to manufacturers in 20 countries. In that position, he directed overall company operations including development and marketing of a variety of telecom products. Since early 1999, Charlie has led the effort to establish and incubate Broadframe as a subsidiary of TeleSoft. Prior to founding TeleSoft and Broadframe, Charlie was a software engineer and consultant for leading companies including IBM, Bell Labs, NIST, FedEx, and Advanced Micro Devices. Academic credentials include a BA from Rice University, Houston, TX and an MS in Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of Memphis.

 

Charles K. Summers

As Broadframe’s Vice-President of Technology, Charles Summers utilizes 21 years of experience in software research and development, with 15 involving digital communications protocols. He is a published expert in the telecom protocols used in Broadframe, having written three technical books, including a 1999 publication on ADSL standards and architecture. For the past 8 years Charles has managed all aspects of software creation, from design and production to distribution, maintenance and support, as co-founder and VP of Engineering of TeleSoft International, Inc. Charles’ prior work history includes acting as lead engineer on several telecom projects for Bell Labs and as a consultant for Advanced Micro Devices on telecom software architecture and implementation. Charles received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kansas State University and his Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Colorado.

 

Christopher A. Cox

Chris Cox is Broadframe’s Executive Vice President of Sales. Chris has 32 years of sales, marketing, and engineering management experience overall, including more than 10 years managing, selling and marketing telecom hardware and software products. For the past 8 years, Chris has worked as VP of Sales and Marketing for TeleSoft International, Inc., founding, establishing, and managing this department. Chris’ wide range of experience and industry contacts has allowed him to contribute to the overall management of TeleSoft well beyond the bounds of sales and marketing. Before TeleSoft, he worked in such capacities as marketing manager for Advanced Micro Devices and Infinet and as engineering manager for Transcom. Chris graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from Kingston College in Surrey, England.
